Cam4 Rolls Out New Responsive Cam Site

LOS ANGELES –– Cam4 today rolled out its new responsive web portal, which promises to offer greater access to live broadcasts from any portable device, including laptops, smartphones, tablets.

In order to provide optimal viewing and improve online web camming experience, the redesign features larger cam views, easier mobile device accessibility and more.

It also offers easy reading and navigation without the resizing, panning, and scrolling across a wide range of devices of other sites. The layout is adapted to the viewing environment through the use of fluid, proportion-based grids, flexible images, and media queries.

“Creating a unique and satisfying web cam experience for our customers has been our goal from the beginning,” Cam4 Director of Marketing Justin Lowe said. “With innovative technology and design features, we’ve created a responsive and easier to navigate site giving our customers an even better online experience, so they can explore their sexuality with other likeminded individuals.”

The upgraded site gives visitors larger cam views and full-width chat for both desktops and tablets, as well as a new feature allowing visitors to access a model’s profile without leaving the chat.

Other features include the ability to view the entire gift marketplace while watching a live broadcast, view more detailed information about tokens and how to use them, and access to inbox/private messages on mobile devices.

Additionally, “Super Show” schedules may now be filtered, so users may subscribe to a Super Show performer directly from that page. Super Shows are weekly live shows featuring top porn stars, beauty queens and fetish models.

“We built the responsive version of Cam4 to ensure our users have the best possible experience on all their preferred devices,” Cam4 Product Manager Gabriel Slater said. “Our goal is to provide the full Cam4 experience on-the-go, without being tethered to your computer.”

Cam4 includes more than 18 million members from over 230 countries. Conversations are translated into 42 languages, and over 75,000 live webcam shows are performed each day.
